The judge is denying Sam Adams motion for discovery to encourage President Barach Obama to testify , and this wrong. Furthermore, if Patti Blagajovich was the subject to manipulate her husband to make a senate pick, according to the affidavit, this is unethical in my opinion and strange. Patti Blagoivich should not be the focus of Patrick Fitzgerald to squeeze her husband, if she were guity of a crime, she should have been arrested years ago. At this point I believe the fix is in. The executive and judicial branches are seeking to preclude too much evidence and the jury will have an extremely difficult time deciphering truisms from falsities given past conduct on the part of the state of Illinois and Cook County.
Think about it:
An impeachment hearing that violated the civil rights of a sitting governor and allowed the speaker of the house to have soul authority to choose if any of their members can encourage witnesses to testify, never under subpoena . Who would testify and risk being blacklisted if they did not have to?, Or is Ed Jensen a fly by night attorney who precluded himself from the hearing altogether?
Mobsters and felons and their ilk looking to plea bargain at the last minute, many of them, so Patrick Fitzgerald can put the squeeze on Blagavich, credibility weak and tangible evidence? Remember folks, you may never know what alleged evidence has been included or precluded or manipulated for anyone to review and if you do, you’ll earn a degree by the time your done. The state aint gonna give the jury much and the judge is corrupt not to encourage the president to testify.
A governor Blagojevich who runs hot and cold, allegedy looking for pay to play patrons, and the FBI and U.S. Attorney allegedly watched unfold like porn for years along with George Ryan for thirty years before the fbi decided to move in on him. You think they may doing things they should not be?
A Prosecutor who is a fixer for corrupt cops, Remember folks, it took forty years before Area two cops under John Burge were arrested for any crimes regarding the attempted murders of innocent blacks and without DNA evidence , they would have walked. George Ryan was convicted of crimes that fell under the statute of limitations but cops like John Burge, well, Fitzgerald sais you get a free pass.
A General Assembly that wants families to pay out of pocket expenses for discounted vaccine medicines, instead of allow hospitals to bill entities that employ doctors who in turn bill insurence companies at reduced rates so you pay no added costs. Unless the prosecution can pull a Sigfreed and Roy, I don’t get it.
A jury will review each of the counts against the former governor, let us see if they can all agree to each charge.

I recall President Kennedy’s book, Profiles in Courage wherein one man’s deciding vote on an impeachment hearing enabled a President to maintain his office and that same man was so harassed he committed suicide, refusing to alter his vote. Finally, the signers of the Declaration of Independence allowed John Hancock to sign his the largest so King George would get him first if America fell to a despot. Martin Luther King said I might not make it there with you, but I know I’m gonna get to the promised land; and Ronald Reagena said, “ Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall”.
Let freedom reign as all great thinkers are seekers of truth. We find ourselves living in fascinating times politically, socially, certainly economically andthe good news is if we merely implement changes if only until we can return to some of the old ways of doing things, such as Bill Clinton management style and socializing parts of industries that are corrupt, the distant future looks bright.
And so, in the spirit of Hannibel Lechter, all may be speared screaming but really will not be when the economy potentially tanks because you, the American people, trusted the same sources that are trying to manipulate you from giving a man a fair trial.
